It's okay for last night..

The staff is very friendly, check in and check out process is easy and fast. The room and other facilities are according to the price. The location is in the middle of a residential area so it is very easy to explore food/stalls around, the surrounding vendors and neighbors are all friendly.

Many mosquitoes, and the air conditioner doesn't feel good. The mattress is also uncomfortable, so you can't sleep well.

their staff were friendly. there were a bed, ac, tv, desk, a wardrobe, and private bathroom. but personally I do not recommend this homestay. I guess it is an old building and not cleaned regularly. and my room was not a clean and comfort place. first I entered my room there were so many hair fall and dust on the floor (like the room was not swept). also for the bathroom, not clean at all, the floor was slippery, many dust on the wall, still many hair fall and dust on the floor, some dirt on the closet and this was disgust me. the desk was dusty too. many mosquitoes, and the air cond was not cold at all even in the lowest temperature until I changed it to high power mode. the room was not provide blanket. it was not ok and comfortable at all sadly. and in my opinion there are many others homestay and hostel with the same price and better comfort room, clean at least. my bad not check it first before book.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, quiet and not too crowded. The air conditioner is working properly. all clear TV channels. Easy to reach by online transportation. The owner and guard are very friendly. I checked in at 9pm and was well served, thank you.

The place is good only the bathroom is a bit jammed. For that price, it is already good.
