The best hotel in Palembang, nearby Pempek Beringin Resto, Starbucks, Alfamart, and Indomaret. All staff are friendly. Very fast response. Will always stay here every time I am in Palembang.

The hotel staff was friendly, from the front security guard to the smiling Daniel at reception, April who helped me with a problem in my room, and Robby who was super quick when I requested a laundry bag.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast had a lot of variety, but it's a shame, this is the city of pempek, but when I tried the fried pempek for breakfast, it was too mushy and tasted like ordinary pempek that doesn't use fish, but the other dishes were all delicious.
