No support for room cancellation, storms and floods without support

Except for the friendly staff and the proximity to Bai Chay beach, this is the worst quality hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was old, the bed and chairs felt dirty, the bed sheets were scratchy, the air conditioner was not cool at all (it was so hot like me), the room smelled musty, the door lock was broken, had to use a key but the lock was hard to insert.

Always let guests in the worst rooms, then change rooms

Near many shops eating and drinking, if going to Bai Chay or Sunworld, it takes 20 minutes. A temporary room, will come back here if you have the opportunity.

Old hotel, bed is too hard !!

Rooms are spacious and airy. I like the bathroom the best. Attentive staff, if not, call the receptionist to solve it very quickly and friendly. Near the hotel, there is a delicious noodle shop, convenient for traveling.

In the future, the staff of the hotel, will be happy to see you as a Ha Long family.

Travel 2 days 1 night in Quang Ninh. Enjoy
