Bedroom, towels and toilets not clean. Poor facilities.

The hotel is located in Dai Dai, not much like the picture because the picture is probably newly built, it's older than 10 years or due to poor maintenance, the interior is fully basic, the hallways and elevators are carpeted so there's always a slight stench, the hotel prohibits smoking but cigarettes are left all over the hallways and stairs all day and they're not cleaned, making the smell really bad even in the room there's a slight smell of cigarettes. The room is also not clean, the floor is dirty, the bathroom is also dirty, the male staff in the evening is not friendly, the hotel's steps to get on the bus are quite high, the female staff keeps running around while the staff sitting at the counter looks, even when standing right on the steps they look, they can't even give instructions, let alone help with parking or carrying luggage. Located on a one-way street, so the way out is next to the market but the way back to the hotel is a 1km loop, not close like on the map, please note, cheap price when booking on the app

Room smelled musty. Bed sheets were not clean, had hair and fur on them, bed sheets were dirty as if they had not been changed, toilet had water. Bad experience, noisy late at night.

Room cleaning must be reported to the receptionist daily. I stayed in a deluxe room but found it a bit small.

Good, okay, the room is a bit moldy. There is a car park. You should ask in advance.

I booked a room but couldn't check in. The hotel said the front desk staff didn't update, so there's no room left.

The hotel delivered a room that was not the same as the booked room, the staff was unprofessional, and did not support the guests. The hotel repaired the room, it was noisy and dusty but still accepted guests.

Check in, the staff's face was not welcoming. The elevator smelled. Going upstairs, the outside was not clean. Entering the room, the room smelled of damp quality. The corner of the wall right next to the window was moldy and degraded. The trash can was not clean. The toilet was too small. The design of the out/in door and the bathroom door was inappropriate. Except for the white mattress cover. I felt like I couldn't sleep well and didn't want to touch anything around the room. Completed for 2 days but still no support for issuing an invoice. Called back and forth, texted and the staff promised. I can't forget the unsmiling and staring face of the male staff there. Basically, I don't like to comment or evaluate.. But personally, the hotel should upgrade and clean it to be as the name Premier. I don't want other guests to spend money to buy an unsatisfactory experience like me. Wish the hotel to improve well!

How to say, I think this is an experience to try and not to think about coming back. The only thing I am not satisfied with here is the unbearable smell of the sewer in the bathroom, otherwise it is fine. Initially booked a room on the 1st floor, the moment I entered the bathroom, I could smell the smell even though the deodorizer had been used all night, the smell was still strong. So the next morning I asked the front desk and they changed my room. When I moved to the new room, the smell was not as strong, but the bathroom still had a faint smell. If you are sensitive to smells like me, you should check this carefully. In addition, the front desk and the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly.

Not so clean, insects can be found in the room, the toilet is old and has musty smell. The toilet in my room is broken so I can't use it comfortably.

The room is clean and ok, convenient to move everywhere but the food is not delicious

The hotel is clean, the staff is enthusiastic, but you should carefully check the payment before checking out and the car rental price here is 140k higher than other places. In general, I think the room and staff are quite good here.

Friendly, clean, reputable, close to the center

1/ the toilet is constantly clogged with water, pressing the flush button won't drain the water even though there is a staff member to handle it 2/ the noise level is terrible (can't rest). When asked, someone said they could fix something themselves... 3/ the smell of paint spread throughout the hotel, very unpleasant, drying out the neck! Besides that everything is very ok.

The room is a bit old and has many stains on the walls. no air conditioning. Bathroom toilets can easily splash water out. Overall it's okay but probably won't come back.

The hotel is clean and the facilities are very new, the price is better than the neighboring hotels, the TV has Netflix, the location is convenient, close to the center and the night market, on the rooftop there is a restaurant with a diverse menu, reasonable price. I arrived early at 7am and planned to leave my luggage but the hotel supported early check-in, the receptionist and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Will definitely come back.
