The staff is friendly, the receptionist is very helpful. The room is spacious, quiet, and has a balcony. The only suggestion is that the room lights be brighter. The hot water is good and flows smoothly. The location is very strategic, very close to Ambassador Mall and ITC Kuningan. There are many laundry facilities and minimarkets. If I go to Jakarta again, I want to stay here again because the price is also cheaper than other similar hotels.

For a room priced under 400,000 Rupiah, it's still okay, with a balcony. The atmosphere feels very quiet when you enter the room, unlike most hotels. I like the fragrant shampoo and towels. If you need a quiet atmosphere, this is the place to be. Parking is quite spacious.

The sheets don't seem to be clean, when I woke up my body was red and itchy, maybe because of dust or mites... so it was uncomfortable...

A nice and comfortable place for a family staycation. Accessible by car is quite good, close to a minimarket, and the staff are friendly. Mr. Agung SC and Mr. Yudi are technicians, but we didn't meet Ms. Ana's daughter 🤭. Overall, it's really good 😍

the hotel aroma is not fresh, the bathroom in the room also smells a bit, the shower water is not strong, the refrigerator is dusty, there are no hotel slippers, the lighting in the room is minimal.. the AC is not cold enough, it needs to be serviced. Sanur Elok Residence which is not as beautiful as its name. Some videos that I want to tell can not be uploaded, the first and last story to stay here. First, it says 24-hour check-in, I checked in at 10 pm and there was no front desk, the person who received me was a woman wearing a t-shirt and shorts and looked like she had just woken up. Second, when I opened the door to the room, there was an unpleasant smell, there were no hotel slippers and the cupboard was very dusty. Third, the floor near the bottom right of the mattress was lifted. Fourth and the most terrible in my opinion, the electricity went out okay at 12 o'clock according to the SOP, but how come the water was also turned off? I wanted to take a shower at 5.30 am there was no water, I walked to Indofebruary near the hotel to buy water as a cleaning tool for my toilet. Please improve the management of the Sanur Elok Hotel for its service system and be quick to respond to guest responses, water, you know, this is how come I planned to stay close to my workplace but didn't take a shower. Thank you, always be successful.
