Mình đặt phòng 3 giường thanh toán tiền hết 100% rùi mà tụi mình vừa tới nơi thì bảo chưa thấy đặt phòng hết phòng rồi. Chị lễ tân bảo là lấy tạm 1 phòng 2 giường 1 phòng 1 giường, thanh toán thêm 200k nữa. Tụi mình không đồng ý, bảo là đúng ra chị phải báo khách thông cảm hay thậm chí phải đền tiền lại chứ sao lại đòi thêm tiền. Chị ấy im lặng 1 lúc ròi quăng 2 cái chìa khóa 2 phòng 1 cái xạch. Bảo là thôi lấy phòng đi. Lúc sau thì gọi quay lại đổi qua phòng 3 giường như cũ. Tưởng xong rồi ok rồi. Ai dè bước vào phòng thì không có tủ quần áo, nhà vệ sinh không có nước nóng. Tụi mình ở được từ 12g trưa đến sáng hôm sau thì tolet và lavabo bị ngẹt. Ta nói thánh thần ơi luôn 😭😭😭. Lần đầu cũng như lần cuối.
