Good place good service recommend highly for those seeking a relaxed holiday

We just had a stay at Varinah resort this weekend. We stayed in Pool Villa, which is at the back of resort - no sea view, but really private especially for a couple. The villa was nice, clean and well maintenance. We liked the L-shape swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi, spacious bathroom with the glass-roof, and rooftop area where we enjoyed the night sky. Resort also provides the beanbags and swings by the beach, where we really enjoyed the cozy time there. Just some areas that might need to improve, first about the check-in time - we booked the room from app, but the staff couldn't find the document so she kept us waiting like more than half an hour. And about the room - the room on our first night wasn't that ready, jacuzzi was out of order. We just moved to the new room on the next day. Also the cleanliness- the housekeeping forgot to clean the trash bin from the room on our first night.. But when we moved to the new room, everything was fine and we were having a happy stay here.

There is a full gym, pool a bit small. The wide parking But there is no sun shade Air conditioned library to sit and read the ideal food for a large clean room.
