dirty room..lots of cockroaches sliweran..no tissue. toothbrush. soap. towel etc..anyway if you stay here bring your own equipment. wifi is slow.and intermittent. .there is an additional rm10/night..if you bring a partner better find another place..the only good thing is that it is near the night market.

The staff is friendly, but the environment is a bit unsanitary due to its proximity to Alor Street Market. Amenities are incomplete, and the towels aren't white. The elevator is scary, with squeaking sounds heard at night.

Hotel staff good service and clean hotel

The staff was friendly, the hotel was in third floor and fortunately the lift worked. The room was okay for backpackers. This hotel was really in the centre of crowded area, even until 3 am there were still a lot of people outside, the area little bit dirty but it was great location, nearby to MRT station, a little of food options.

Not very satisfying, then asked for double tax and no sandals, for that price it's quite good but I don't like the service which is not very friendly.🫣

Bathroom inside. No shampoo, no soap, no tootbrush and toothpaste, towel only you could ask the receiptionist. The location is in Alor Street. There are many food street at night. The location is near of many iconic place in Kuala Lumpur. The location is so near of Bukit Bintang MRT/LRT station. Suitable for Backpackers

Very bad. The room doesn't match the picture. Check in at 2 check out at 4. Seedy and dirty.

The hotel (its not even like hotel) is in the level 3. We arrived late and the receptionist was telling us that room is fully booked because "you are late check-in", and the only room they have is only room with the fan (which not the same like we booked through this app), after we said that we already put in the note, they give us the big room with air con, receptionist said it is not supposed to be your room because your room is small and because no room you can use it only today and need to change room by tomorrow morning. The receptionist seems take a full control of me and friend. He was staring his eyes through our room (when he send the towel) and told that we only can use the double bed, not the single bed that already in our room. (so surprised). The other hell, I was asked the deposit RM 30 without any receipt at the beginning. (I need to argue "again" till I get the receipt). He was told that "no worries" it will be back after you check out (over and over again with devilish smile).

The room has no water, so those who want to stay here have to think twice.

Don't be fooled by the low price! Prices here do not include RM10 tax /room/night, and RM30/room deposit. Will be billed at the reception in cash. In other hotels it may cost a few hundred thousand, but the price may include tax. So before checking out, make sure you don't regret it, especially if your cash ringgit budget is limited. The floor is badly cracked, the bathroom is cramped, the room is not impermeable. If you have no problem with that, go ahead. While staying there, it is quite comfortable and safe even though you are alone, it is quite clean, the air conditioner is cold, the location is very strategic, there is an elevator even though it is narrow and it is shared with other residents of the flat.

Everything, good, but the entrance, the hotel, is not good because it ' s not on the street and the car can't get to the door.

Bed for me not clean. I cant sleep and to much voice from outside not rekomend at all
