The room was dirty, the air conditioner was broken, and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

The check-in time was 2 PM and I paid in full. When I arrived at 3 PM, they said the previous guest hadn't checked out yet and the room wasn't cleaned. They told me to go get some coffee or something and they'd call me when the room was ready. At 4 PM, I asked if they'd called, but they still hadn't. They replied that the room had just been vacated and they were still cleaning the floor which was wet. The bathroom smelled bad, and the door creaked when I opened it. The price was nearly 500k VND per night, and the experience was terrible.

The window creaks a bit because the latch is old and doesn't close properly. But considering the price and room size, I'm quite satisfied. Furthermore, the location is very close to the beach, and the walk from the hotel is quite pleasant and quiet.

No room but no notification. Still accept 100% room transfer. And withheld my money for more than 24 hours, now 72 hours and still no refund. Never come back to this hotel. Unprofessional work

The room is quite old but for the price it is reasonable. The fridge is not cold and the bathtub is quite gross so not recommended.

The hotel is so bad. Although the room is cheap, it must be clean in terms of hygiene. As soon as I checked in, I looked scared, the bed and mattress were dusty, the towels were old, the blankets were tattered and had holes in them, the trash in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned yet, there were old trash bags in the box, hair and dirt were still full. right at the sewer. I accidentally paid in advance so I had to try to stay 1 night, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else right away. Oh, the mineral water in the room is not free but costs 10k per bottle.

I think the hotel should upgrade the room a bit. The facilities are very old. Blankets, sheets are very old and smelly. The day I stayed was not too crowded. The plus point is that the receptionist when I checked in was very happy.

Clean, beautiful room, fully equipped. Great location. Quiet but close to the beach and square. The receptionist was extremely nice and enthusiastic. The only downside is that the toilet doesn't have a bidet.

Thời gian nhận phòng từ 14h nhưng do mình di chuyển từ Sài Gòn xuống kẹt xe nên 15h mình tới nhận phòng. Khi đến nơi nhận phòng của mình người khác đang thuê trong khung giờ đó. Và phải chờ khoảng 30 phút để chờ dọn phòng xong mới được lên nhận.
