Friendly staff and clean hotel

Very satisfied, attentive, and enthusiastic.

The room was clean, and the staff changed towels daily. The room was well-equipped with a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, and fan. The owner was very kind. It's close to Hanoi Train Street, and there are many restaurants nearby. Getting to tourist attractions was convenient; I mainly used Grab bike because it was so easy. If I go to Hanoi again, I will choose to stay here.

Overall ok, not very impressive

The staff is enthusiastic but the room furniture is old, the air conditioner is weak and makes a lot of noise.

Good hotel with reasonable price, convenient, car rental, near beautiful tourist areas such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of Literature... and near the culinary area, just need to improve the air conditioning system, everything else is fine, see you next time.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Convenient location, can walk to the cafe on Tau Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter, and Uncle Ho's Mausoleum. With that price, the room is very okay.

The hotel is a bit old. The day I went, the house next door was under construction so it was a bit noisy. The owners are friendly and enthusiastic.

Temporary room, friendly hotel staff

City center hotel, good price, very enthusiastic staff, clean room. A small minus point is that I was in room 101, the wifi was quite weak.
