The room was clean and smelled nice. The view was beautiful. The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic. It was a true 4-star hotel. There should be an extra armchair in the room for guests to sit on.

I stayed for a week. The first 3 days in room 6*** were fine (hot water worked for the first day). After moving to a different room for the next 3 days, they stopped cleaning. They didn't provide toothpaste (but that's okay, I could have requested it). However, the staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and the location was close to the beach. Overall, it was okay.

I've stayed here twice and found it quite okay, not too luxurious but if you travel to swim and visit nearby Da Nang, this hotel is a good choice.

The pool is close to the corner of the water pipe and needs to be repaired. The surrounding tiles are easily broken and lie under the pool. Everything else is great.

I went to a 4* hotel but the room looked no different from a motel. The room was cramped and the furniture was old. What a terrible experience.

For me, the room I received was higher than the money I spent, very satisfactory, the bed sheets, towels... were clean, the room was spacious, and close to convenient transportation points. I was most concerned about the hygiene issue, but looking at the bed sheets, towels, I was satisfied, the shampoo and shower gel smelled nice and strange too.

The room is spacious, quite airy, fully cleaned, the water is strong and hot water is available at all times. The receptionist is friendly and takes good care of the customers. The receptionist during the day is pretty, friendly and attentive. The room is clean, quite spacious with fan, air conditioner, refrigerator, large wardrobe, dressing table. My room is on the 1st floor but it's very ok.
