The hotel has been temporarily closed for renovation work.

Location too secluded. Not recommended at all.

The location is far away from attractions or eateries. The road goes to the hotel's puddle and is not well maintained. The toilet in the toilet is leaky and parking is not enough.

The resort's naughty resort environment. Dirty and unmanageable. The hygiene is very pleasant, the bathroom is less clean.

Always place an option to stay each time to Fraser's Hill. Large room and is suitable for a large family. Affordable with price. Just need to climb a few feet up here. But in the morning, the cold is so cold. At 11 o'clock this area is still very thick. 😍

The room is good, clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very comfortable place to visit especially when accompanied by family. The problem is the location whereby this resort is quite far from everyone. Travel to this resort especially at night is quite dangerous and confusing without proper sign board. If you have problems travelling at night especially when raining, nobody will be able to help you cos very rare travellers passing this road. the resort is a good place to stay and I love it so much....!!! But unfortunately I will not gonna stay in this resort again in the future... Thank you.

The hotel staff is diligent & friendly, but the furniture, sofa & sheets are very dirty even though it's changed. The road in front of the resort is also bad, holes.

Large and comfortable room, gorgeous view, friendly staff.

The receptionist did not know that I have booked the room. Facilities totally out and outdated. The hotel room look horror and not even clean at its stairs. Really disappointed at all.

Water heater in the toilet not working. Days free WiFi but no WiFi at all. Room was good. And no restaurant also. Need to drive a bit far to find food. Better bring some Maggi cup in case too hungry. But overall, was okay.

door lock not working well. staffs not friendly, kettle not working, need ask to change, and very slow service. not worth it to stay here, huhu.. hand towel not washed cleanly. TV channels is very limited choice.. good things is surrounding area feel calmness and cold with fresh air.

The location is quiet no interruption, just reception desk service needs to be improved, not very efficient, not friendly, less professional, cleanliness still needs to be improved. The other one is the best.

It needs refurbish.. however i love the quiet surroundings.. cool breeze. It was my 2nd trip there actually and hoping to come back again next time around.

So far ok only the resort is to far from town.

A simple getaway for a low cost.

Basic facilities, need some fixing, further up from FH centre point, however consider cheap.

Clean very spacious room, value for money

No fan, no wifi, furniture too old with smells, a bit dusty. But the quiet place and the garden is nice.
