There is no front office. So it's scary when you first enter, but the staff are friendly. Next time, maybe they can help fix the main door so it's not scary. For those who like nature, it's really suitable, like being at grandma's house.

A suitable place for nature lovers and antiques. These 2 things are the ones I can feel the most about the ambiance. The trees are really big, the sound of cicadas that never stop, wooden furniture with old-fashioned designs and dim lights. The location is on the side of the road, very close to Alfamart and the market, so if you need anything, it's easy to find it. Not suitable for me and my husband who are paranoid types. It feels like a horror staying here. I really don't like the glass in the room that is covered with gebyok windows, it makes me feel mystical especially if the glass is broken. Yesterday because it was a long weekend so all the rooms were occupied. If only my husband and I were staying here, the first time I arrived at this villa, I would have checked out right away. The land is really spacious, it's just a shame that there are so many old leaves scattered everywhere, furniture and ornaments that look worn out, dusty and filled with leaves that have become trash. For breakfast, we got fried rice with fried eggs, the taste of which can only be smiled at. Hopefully the owner of Ronia will consider hiring young people to take better care of the villa.

Homey environment, family friendly. Kids love it. Cool environment, spacious, lots of photo spots with typical Lembang scenery. Grandparents are kind and very friendly as service staff. Like being treated to a real jamu when staying here. Water heater, area facilities, lighting all function well. Recommended 9.2/10

The place is nice, the stilt house is nice, the waiter is friendly, but when we arrived because it was night and dark (the lights weren't turned on yet) it was a bit scary, after entering we went out again because we weren't sure about the reception area, it was like an uninhabited house, after going out there were old men who approached us (I was a bit surprised, hehe), and it turned out that he and his wife were the ones guarding the villa, and after being taken to his house, it turned out that the house was nice, the ornaments in the stilt house were also like antiques, actually the house was nice, but it seemed like it hadn't been occupied for a long time (don't know because of the pandemic or what) so it was a bit dusty downstairs, the room was super clean and there were spiders under the stairs, the bathroom was clean and the hot water also worked well, but if I may suggest, the yellow bamboo stairs in the bathroom should be removed, so as not to add to the horror impression. The field is spacious, children can run around freely, the fried rice made by grandma is also delicious, suitable for a large and crowded family vacation. Hopefully in the future the inn will be more crowded, and another suggestion, if possible add more stilt houses, not just 2 units, thank you.

I came on a pitch black night with no clear clues. Luckily I found a Gojek that was kind and willing to help with the delivery even though my Grabcar refused to drop me off at Ramen. The atmosphere is like a dark forest, scary too, even though it's quite cool in the morning. The guards are very friendly, the grandparents are friendly. The owner is quite friendly. Please install bright lights in the forest park. Lights in front of the residential road. Repainted the Ronia Mountain plaque and the online motorbike taxi point were updated when the point at Ramen MN was pitch black.

There weren't many expectations, at first I was insecure seeing a simple place without AC, but in fact the atmosphere was comfortable and peaceful, even without AC it was cool, and the hot water worked.

We reach there around 930pm, there was lady was helping us on check in process. Place very cold with natural plants around. Breakfast was prepared by the lady, simple breakfast but with a lot of love. Close the water heater when you not use if not you will be shower with cold water. Stand by insect repellent or any body spray to protect your skin from mosquitoes bite. The environment is great.

Suasananya sangat natural karena banyak yang hijau-hijau. Kamar bersih dan kamar mandi bersih. Mungkin ada gantungan di kamar mandi lebih baik. Sarapan-nya diantar ke kamar masing-masing sekitar jam 8-9. Siang-siang banyak nyamuk. Malam suasananya romantis. Kalau disuruh balik lagi mungkin bakalan pesan lagi kalau ada rencana mau ke Ciwidey.

Pelayanan ramah, tempat sejuk.

Menginap serasa di hutan. Udara sejuk dan masih asri. Kamar hanya tidak tv, air panas rusak. Makanan enak. Bawa peralatan mandi sendiri. Handuk dan selimut disediakan. Pelayan yang jaga villa suami istri ramah dan baik. Akses macet banget ke villa jika weekend.

Serram is like a haunted house, not as shown. There's no one. Really neglected.

Unexpectedly, the place does not match the photo in the application, lots of mosquitoes, quiet, until the location of the tree is being cut down. In the end I didn't stay there, even though it couldn't be refunded.
