Tiếp nhận phòng 19h và trả phòng 16h chiều ngày hôm sau theo yêu cầu đặc biệt do đặc thù cv làm ngày thứ 7. Nhưng gần 16h khi trả phòng thì phụ thu thêm 150000đ vì quá giờ quy định. Nhưng vẫn phản hồi là tiếp nhận ý kiến và yêu cầu đặc biệt bằng mail và đồng ý thời gian nhận và trả theo yêu cầu của tôi. Thái độ không tốt, phòng ốc thì tạm ổn. Nhưng với khách sạn 2 sao thì có nhiều sự lựa chọn hơn rất nhiều.

Tiếp tân rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng như hình, sạch sẽ. Từ kháchsạn đi bộ ra biển và quảng trường gần. Tụi mình rất hài lòng.

Phòng nhỏ, trong các ngăn tủ không được sạch sẽ. Phòng 8 người chuẩn bị 7 đôi dép rồi khi check out báo thiếu 1 đôi hỏi khách có lấy nhầm không. Ngay đầu năm đi cả gia đình 8 ng, ai đi lấy 1 đôi dép cũ. Khách sạn chuẩn bị không kỹ càng. Mấy năm trước book 1 lần thấy ok nên quay lại nhưng sau lần này thì không.
