(don't anyone want to stay here again, I'm fed up of staying here!!!) This is a very bad experience during my stay in many hotels. Why do I say that? The inside of the room is dirty and there are cockroaches, the pillow case has holes like it was hit by a cigarette butt, the AC is sometimes cold and sometimes not. There is wifi but because I got the room at the end, the wifi is slow and the cellular network is very bad so it's very difficult to play on my cellphone and open social media!!! The bathroom is very dirty, it seems like it's never been cleaned, the bathroom walls have never been brushed and the toilet has never been brushed either. In front of my room there is also a pile of garbage that has not been thrown away so the trash can is full. I am very confused about the management of this hotel, is there no cleaning staff? Or is this hotel only willing to accept money but doesn't think about customer comfort hahahaa

Simple, good for transit, although I didn't spend the night there because work was finished.

Kamar kotor, air kecil, kasur bau.

Pertama masuk kamar standar no 13, ada banyak nyamuk, langsung komplain ke FO dan ditangani segera, meskipun masih ada sedikit nyamuk berseliweran. Jangkauan wifi kurang luas, cuma dapat 1 strip sinyal. Harusnya ditambahi repeater. Kalo nyalain AC, langsung pake mode JET di remote. Karena kalo pakai mode standar lama banget dinginnya.

Book a room for a relative and the answer is worth it for an overnight stay, clean. The wifi is fast and in front of the hotel there is a food court.
