The room isn't soundproof, so sounds from outside can be heard inside, and vice versa. The elevator to the basement parking lot can't be pushed. It might be suitable for business purposes.

Starting from check in, the service is very good, very comfortable because the hotel is clean, there are also two elevator accesses. The location of the hotel is very strategic to go anywhere. The facilities in the room are very good, I was helped by catle, glasses, sugar, coffee, my room was always cleaned without me reminding the staff. Anyway, I highly recommend staying at Heef Hotel Pasar Baru. If I'm on business again, I will stay at this hotel. 👍👍👍👍🫶

I stayed here because it was very close to my parents' house and also close to shopping areas. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean.

Ordered an executive room, but got something that was not like the picture, it was more like a deluxe room, different price, boss. Protested and gave many reasons.

On the second day, I checked out at dawn and asked for provisions to be made, but the hotel refused. They only asked for bread. Meanwhile, the accommodation package had been purchased with breakfast.
