The staff were lovely and the accommodation was clean. I will definitely stay there again.

1. The staff do not speak very clearly but try to provide good service. 2. Went out at 4 am. The staff fell asleep in front of the reception and did not pay any attention to the room. 1. This hotel does not have an elevator. 2. The handrails and steps are quite small and high. 2. The room is not as advertised. The bathroom is small. The water flow is not consistent. 3. The arrangement of the bed angle is contrary to the consideration of danger. The slide is in line with the corner of the pillar. This is confusing but I admit that it is a good idea to make this type of room. 3. The mattress is very hard and the pillow is very flat. The blanket and bed sheet are quite old. 4. The room for 5 people but !!! Use a small air conditioner. What time does it cool down?? There is limited parking, but the hotel said there is parking in an abandoned building but did not specify the location. Confusing. Overall, not very impressed. Maybe next time I go.
