Friendly service, even though there was an incident where the water ran out during our stay, it was immediately handled quickly by the hotel staff.

I only stopped by Mango Homestay for a short stopover, returning late at night from out of town. The amenities provided are minimal: no amenities, no TV channels.

Comfortable, clean place. Easy access. Rooms are a bit small.

Add more bath soap for a comfortable and clean place

The staff is friendly, you get a welcome drink and it's delicious, the AC is cold, the wifi is okay, the hot water is on, there's no soap and shampoo, the sheets and blankets need to be upgraded, the color is already faded, the drinks in front are delicious, if you're looking for food a bit far away, it's okay, for that price it's quite good, hopefully it helps.

The location is strategic, close to ITS. The service is good. I got a room for 250K, but the blanket and bedsheets had stains and brown spots. Towels are provided, but it's recommended to bring your own. The room should have been cleaned before occupancy, but it was dusty and had cobwebs. The coffee in the lobby was quite good.

The room was fairly clean, but the sheets and pillowcases needed updating. The location is good, close to ITS. The service is good, and there's parking available.

Good price, they have all we need to take a rest.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the facilities are good for the price. If you're in Surabaya, you'll definitely stay here. The price is pocket-friendly.

Very good and comfortable and strategic location, affordable prices with good service.

It's worth it, with this price, you can get a nice room under 200k, also the room is comfortable, not noisy in the middle of the night, although I didn't try the TV and Wi-Fi, but overall it's suitable to stay here.

its a comfy stay for a one night sleep.. but be prepared for toiletries of your own, because it was not included. Although they do sell soap and toothbrush kit.

The AC is cool and steady, the bathroom blower is great. The room is quite spacious. It's clean and the price is good.
