Good location, decent breakfast, rooms are a bit old but clean.

The staff here are very helpful; we arrived early and they assisted guests with check-in earlier than expected.

It was noisy at night; didn't the staff remind guests to keep quiet so other rooms could rest? The food was terrible, the rooms were terrible. Parking was limited. The staff were also incompetent. The rooms didn't look like the pictures.

Close to Sun Plaza and Moana Cafe, a bit far from the center, but it's about a 15-20 minute Grab ride so it's still okay. Thanks

The room was clean and had a nice view, but the breakfast wasn't very good. There are many spas and Western restaurants nearby. It's about a 1km walk to Sun Plaza.

We took an overnight bus, so we arrived at the hotel early in the morning when it was still raining and cold. The receptionist helped us check in earlier than expected so we could rest. In return, we bought cable car tickets and rented a motorbike at the hotel's counter to show our appreciation. Buying cable car tickets in advance is a good idea because it's quite crowded when people go up Fansipan. We all had a great time.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic for walking to the Sun World area, the room is spacious and clean. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights, on the first day the buffet breakfast menu was very complete, but unfortunately on the second day we stayed the breakfast menu only provided noodles, bread, omelets and some drinks, maybe to adjust the guests who were staying. But for me who was visiting Sapa for the first time, this hotel is highly recommended, comfortable and pleasant.

The guest check-in is not the same as in the picture, we suspect that if we ask the staff, they will say it is still their hotel, others say instead of the owner. While I booked on the app 1 week in advance. The room is a small hotel next to it, there is no elevator, the toilet door cannot be pulled to go to the toilet, very inconvenient, heavy cleaning, but the door is not locked even if it is a family, it is not comfortable. The first time I put it on the app, it was so bad. If you don't have a room, then lock the reservation on the app, don't let the guest book and then send it to another hotel like that.
