Good location by walk. The guy who work in the receptionist (or may be he is the owner) was really kind and gave us some information about what must to visit in Chiang Mai, but the lady was not really helpful.

This place nice and tidy! I like to stay here. With that price, I get a private bedroom and big size room and allowed me to early check in. Very nice service and highly recommended!

Clean rooms, warm blankets, cool air conditioning, privacy. Importantly, the water is good. I like it a lot, but except for the towels, the smell is very musty. Would like to add fabric softener as well

Nearly everything is in the center of town.

It is good place to stay. You spend only 120THB for tuk tuk from airport to this place. If you take taxi you need to spend 160THB. You can choose for those options. you can find cheap food near the guesthouse, laundry service, and motor renting. I recommend you to take the full day tour to chiang rai, golden triangle and long neck. It was great time.

Good service overall is pretty good.
