The sheets appeared to have not been changed, and the room was dirty, and it appeared as though no cleaning had been done. The security guard was unfriendly and didn't inform us in advance that we needed to provide two ID cards before check-in, so the fine announcement was very sudden.

It looks like a prostitution place, the first impression is especially when you enter the room.

It says check-out time is 11.30, but it's only 3 hours.

Highly not recommended, I'm fed up: 1. I booked two rooms at Margonda Residence 3, but they were moved to 5. The system should have confirmed or canceled the reservation (it's like a bus that just switches and moves). If I had known from the start that there was a remaining room at Margonda Residence 5, I would have canceled the booking. 2. I waited for the agent for over 2 hours. 3. The agent only showed me one room, even though I booked two. I ended up waiting again for the next room. 4. Parking isn't free; it's paid hourly, as per mall regulations. Unlike in some apartments, where you just have to ask for a parking stamp from the manager and it's free. 4. Cleanliness is lacking, as the used bedsheets haven't been changed and are still messy (this is for the room I stayed in at Margonda Residence 5).

The room was nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the request for additional time was not considered and had to be paid extra. Hopefully, in the future, the request for additional time will be included in the price.

for the service it's okay, the room is also good and spacious. but unfortunately yesterday I got a bedsheet with lots of blood stains and marks that can't be removed on the bedsheet, the bathroom lights are a bit dim, the sink and mirror are a bit dirty. but for the service and friendliness of the staff it's okay, even though the request for a low floor was still given the 17th floor 😅 and it seems that there are a lot of miscommunications when chatting via WhatsApp, so it's better to ask for more details. overall okay & comfortable.

staff was rude, we checked in at mares 3 , they called us to meet them at mares 5 , when we met he asked for Traveloka voucher, I showed him Traveloka voucher and payment, He couldn't understand English that written on voucher. AC was leaking, made the floor wet, next day he again asked us to out from room rudely at 11 , I mentioned checked out is 12 , he assist at 11 based on rule. and when we stepped out, he cursed me with dirty words, we out of room at 11:10, I will never use MRP Apartemen again, so wrong. so rude.

The service was okay, Netflix was included, but it was a bit of a hassle to log in again because someone logged out, but it was okay!! The cutlery was a bit incomplete, as I only got one glass.
