The first experience of staying here was very uncomfortable, the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, almost all areas of the hotel were dirty and not maintained, there were lots of cockroaches in the room and the hotel hallway, we ordered breakfast included but there was no breakfast when we confirmed the service was not friendly, it seemed like we were at fault 🥺, I will not stay here again, I couldn't sleep all night because the room was dirty and had lots of cobwebs and when I wanted to pray the floor was dirty 🥺.

The hotel is located near the city center and shopping, the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable.

The room's floor was dusty, the towels smelled and were rough, the water was murky, dirty, and the bathroom floor was filthy. It looked like the room had never been used, perhaps because the hotel was empty of customers.

The AC is not cold, towels are not provided, the hotel looks like it is not maintained, there is a lot of dust & cobwebs so it seems scary.

Unfortunately, the night light didn't work, the toilet was a bit dimly lit, and there was mold on the ceiling. There were no towels, spoons, or bottled water. There were also no amenities, only hand soap. I was in room 101, but so far it was comfortable and had plenty of sunlight.

The tap water is dirty, there are no tissues in the room or toilet. The bed is full of ants. Please pay more attention to cleanliness. Thank you.

So far, it's been quite a comfortable stay. However, the bathroom and air conditioning need attention. There's still a lot of limescale in the bathroom that's difficult to clean, so hopefully the hotel can buy soap/limescale remover to make the bathroom cleaner. The air conditioning isn't very cold, but the hotel is strategically located in Pwooll.

The bathroom was not very clean. The AC was not cooling and even had a leak in the room. Even if it was broken, it was still used. Manual repairs kept turning it off and on. The AC went out at night, and the receptionist was not on standby at night and could not be contacted.

The staff is friendly... The bedroom and bathroom are dirty.

The service was excellent, very friendly. Asking for help with anything was quick and the response was immediate. However, the cleanliness was lacking; the place was damp from a leak, and there were also cockroaches. I even asked for help from the staff, and thankfully, they responded and removed the cockroaches.

Bedroom: stuffy and dirty. Bathroom: dirty and smelly. Hotel service is poor.

Speechless, I have no idea how to tell how disappointed I am for staying here.

Wanting to take a shower, there's no soap. The towel is torn. Wanting to call for soap, the phone in the room is dead. And then the water is like a gutter. Coffee water... to the point of being confused about how to perform ablution.

The water was black, coming out of both the sink faucet, the shower, and the toilet. We were forced to check out at 7 a.m. because there was no solution from the hotel, and we went home without showering. Note: I brought my 80-year-old mother and 9-month-old baby.
