Actually I didn't want to use this hotel, but because there was a big event in Manado, all the good and livable hotels were full, so I was forced to use this hotel. The rooms given are not the same as those shown on Traveloka sites. Room space is very narrow. The layout is not functional. I suggest Traveloka to inspect the hotels offered on the site once in a while, so that the facilities at these hotels match the hotel profile on the site, then give feedback to the hotels for improvements.
