Strategically located on a busy roadside, the staff is friendly. We stayed in a wooden family room. The kids loved the upstairs room, which resembles a tent, making it feel like camping. There's a balcony for relaxing and enjoying the mountain views. There's also a swimming pool and children's play areas. The charm of Ciwidey is truly amazing.

The facilities and conditions at Kayu Hotel are no longer comfortable. Changing rooms costs 150,000 Rupiah. The breakfast restaurant is the worst. By 8 a.m., all the food was gone and no refills were offered, even though I asked the staff. The only answer was that there were no more refills. Breakfast was scheduled for 6:30-9:30. There were still many people. Even drinking glasses were missing.

If you are in Ciwidey, you must come here, the prices are friendly.

Worth the price Close to the White Crater, about 19 minutes if you leave early in the morning.

The food is standard, better than street-side fried rice. The fried rice is oily and tasteless. The breakfast area is dirty and mixed with other company gatherings. It's very uncomfortable. The rent is Rp1,000,000, but the view is of a resident's tiled room. In the morning, someone burns trash, and the smoke somehow gets into the room from the resident's house. The room also lacks a refrigerator or wardrobe.

The hotel is quite good, quite comfortable too.

The room is spacious, although there's no AC or refrigerator, but the temperature in Ciwideg is quite cool. Cars can be parked in front of the room. The swimming pool is in front of the hotel. However, the hotel staff is a bit difficult to contact, there's no phone in the room to call the front desk. Breakfast coupons are collected each morning from the front desk; you should just tell them your room number. Ordering dinner is difficult because you have to WhatsApp. But overall, it's quite good.

The hotel is clean, and the surroundings are beautiful and cool. There's a playground for small children and a swimming pool. The food is also delicious, and you can order it in-house if you don't feel like going out. It's also not too far from tourist attractions like Kawah Putih and Situ Patenggang.
