This hotel is located in the city center, with plenty of eateries in front and beside it. The room locks aren't keyless, and the elevator is broken, so access to the upper floors is via stairs only. There's no liquid soap for the bathroom amenities, and the towels are quite stiff. There are no slippers, no glasses, and no coffee/tea; only a water heater.

The room is nice, fragrant, clean, comfortable.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. For a room priced around 200,000 Rupiah, we were treated to a spacious, clean, and tidy room. The air conditioning was very cool, the staff was friendly, the parking was ample, and there was a large and clean swimming pool for those who enjoy swimming. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but don't worry, there are plenty of food vendors nearby.

Everything was fine, a standard 2-star hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. There's a swimming pool. The hotel lacks a bit of privacy because there's a road accessing a residential area behind the hotel. But overall, it was fine.

The TV won't turn on, and the toilet is leaking. Sorry in advance, this is for future improvements.

first time staying at this hotel so far the hotel is comfortable and access is good because it is still in the city and close to everywhere

Didn't expect it to be that comfortable and good with a cheap room price, the room facilities were quite complete, the bathroom had hot water, the waterboiler worked, the AC worked, the towels smelled great, the room and bed were quite clean, access to the hotel was easy on the side of the road. Very satisfied.

Hopefully the cleanliness of the hotel improves.

The room is quite spacious, there is ample parking, there is an elevator to the 2nd floor, I was a bit disappointed that the bed was not flat, like it broke in the middle of sleep so it was uncomfortable. You have to ask for mats and glasses before being given them, the AC is quite cool.

We felt cheated, we were given the room at the very end and it was not maintained, the room was full of dirty dust and was not suitable for sleeping in. We as consumers felt very disappointed.

There is no entertainment, the TV has no broadcast. Room walls are dirty.

The rooms have lots of mosquitoes, the receptionist is not friendly.
