Absolutely terrible. I booked a four-room hotel several days in advance. When I arrived, I was told all the rooms were full. Completely irresponsible.

Hotel ini sebetulnya sederhana saja, tapi saya sangat appreciate dengan kebersihannya. Meskipun kamar yang saya tempat tidak terlalu besar, tetapi terlihat sangat bersih dan rapi sehingga membuat rasa nyaman.

Untuk saya yang suka berpetulang menikmati alam di Lahat. Hotel ini cukup bagus, dengan harga yang murah, kamar bersih, air deras, dapet sarapan pagi lagi dan berada di pusat kota, ke ramah tambahan staf ya. Cukup bisa di andalkan dan nyaman.

Pelayanan kurang banget, kunci ga boleh dibawa keluar. Karena sore ada kerjaan jadi ditinggal pas balik ternyata kamarnya udah ditemptin orang lain. Jadi malam itu saya dipindahin ke kamar sempit.

The room was dirty, even though I wanted to live in it but it wasn't cleaned beforehand. Smoking in the room is not allowed. So people smoke in the halls of the rooms. The smell of cigarettes entered our room. Disappointing because the hotel provides a trash box near the stairwell which should be placed in a special smoking room. For the money I spend, not worth it at all. The breakfast is also mediocre. For me, who brought a baby, this is clearly disturbing.
