The picture advertised vs the bed were so much different .The room looks like it was never being cleaned and the staff told us that it was the only room available. Such a nightmare

Recommend hotel for business trip in banda Aceh

The hotel was really nice, the service was friendly and welcoming, breakfast provided coffee and tea which was what we wanted.

Cheap, good, clean, friendly, air conditioning cold, quiet, no smell, staff ok, breakfast packed with savory rice, free refills of tea coffee water, near the hotel there is selling delicious savory rice, clean comfortable bed blankets, upgrade. The thing that needs to be improved is that the staff must be quicker when called, thank you de rose. Keep it up.

Check in at 10 pm, ordered from the app around 8 pm (2 hours before) I got a harmony room at the bottom at the end with a price of 211,000 traveloka. The room was poorly maintained, the floor was oily, the walls were stained, the bathroom had not been brushed for a long time, the tub and ladle were dirty and black. The water was still clean and the door had no lock but could still be closed tightly, there were still soaps from previous guests that had not been thrown away. There were 2 regular towels (green), 1 small round soap. There was no TV broadcast, no wifi, the trash can was only outside. There were no tissues, mineral water, kettle and so on. The AC was quite cold. Got breakfast, 2 savory rice packets (not bad) outside the road in front of the hotel there are many breakfast sellers. If it's a cheap transit hotel, it's okay. Those who are just staying overnight can. Hopefully the room facilities will be improved. Thank you.

Dirty, unkempt, rooms smell musty.

The rooms are quite clean, smell good, and the service is friendly. The environment is also quiet. Even though the homestay is in a bit of an alley, it is not too far from the main road. A little input, maybe there needs to be regular checks/repairs on home stay assets such as electronic goods. Routine cleaning of the rooms also needs to be done so that guests are more comfortable, considering our experience yesterday, the management only started spraying air freshener and cleaning the bathrooms when we were at the location. Personally, when looking for accommodation, my main concern is cleanliness. Includes bathroom. Overall, I'm happy to be able to stay here. Thank you for also providing uduk rice early in the morning for breakfast. 👌🏽good luck with your business!

Nyaman stay di kamar hotel ini kasurnya cukup nyaman pencahayaan di kamar juga bagus, air juga bersih sangat oke si bermalam di sini.

Kamar mandi yang kami tempati ada bau yang menyengat dari saluran pembuangan. Juga di bawah tempat tidur terdapat banyak kotoran yang jarang dibersihkan.
