Hanya disediakan handuk sedangkan sikat gigi dan air mineral tidak ada. Kamar bau apek dan langit-langit bekas bocor. Kantin tutup sehingga kami buru-buru check out kelaparan karena tidak ada tempat beli cemilan. Warungpun tidak ada karena berada di komplek. Please semoga segera berbenah. Thank you.

Not good service, not friendly.

Sangat menyenangkan, bersih kamar mandinya dan tempat tidurnya sesuai gambar, pelayanannya sangat baik, harga terjangkau, terima kasih.

Sudah booking pakai aplikasi tapi sampai di sana kamar full. Pelayanan sangat buruk. Lalu dikasih kamar yang bocor. Jelek banget. Gak rekomen pokoknya. Dari skala 5, ini dapet nilai 1,1.

Kecewa! Pelayanannya judes banget, masa kita check out 12.30 kena cas 50.000, padahal kita udah izin mau sholat dulu bentar baru anterin kunci. Oke saya akuin nginep di sini memang murah, tapi percuma kalo pelayanannya buruk kayak melayani apa aja. Tambahan lagi remote tv tidak berfungsi, antena tv copot jadi siarannya jadi jelek, plafon nya bolong lantainya kotor. Please mohon berikan teguran ke vendor anda yang memberikan pelayanan buruk.

Stafnya berisik, saya check in jam 5.30 sore kamar belum dibersihkan mesti nunggu setengah jam lebih. Saya masuk, lantai kamar basah baru dipel. Di seprai ada noda darah. Saya tau ini penginapan low budget. Saya juga gak berharap fasilitas yang luar biasa karena saya cuma butuh tidur di tempat yang setidaknya, bersih. Tidak sampai dua jam check in, saya cari penginapan lain. Tag location di maps juga membingungkan karena saya diarahkan ke bagian belakang penginapan. Untuk bisa ke lobi saya harus putar jauh.
