Pretty good for a 100 thousand hotel... just a bit musty smell.

With its pocket-friendly prices, the service and facilities are among the best compared to other hotels at the same price. The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The facilities are easy to use. The staff is friendly and assertive. Going forward, we hope to maintain this hotel and, if necessary, improve it further by repairing the building's interior, which has a small crack in the ceiling, to make it neater and to paint the interior walls brighter.

The hotel's location is strategic, but this was my worst hotel experience. Honestly, I'm so disappointed. The mattress was infested with tiny bugs, making it itchy and unable to sleep. In the future, please ensure the cleanliness of the sheets and mattress, as we intended to rest comfortably, but instead, we were kept up all night. Thank you.

Hot water doesn't work, everything else is okay

Once arrived at the location of Pakiran in Galam it is quite safe but unfortunately there is no see-through way to the hotel or receptioniat. In front of the receptionist at 1:00 p.m. the check-in said 1 o'clock and I just said yes. So the service from check-in to checkout is not friendly with visitors, the location is okay, the cleanliness is okay, the rooms are okay, the rooms are okay but the TV is just a local TV and the picture quality is poor. In conclusion, if I don't have to, I won't go to this hotel again.

The major issue is, the AC is misplaced and not cold at all.

The room was clean fragrant and neat, but there was no window so if the lights were turned off it would be dark there was no lighting from the sun.
