The receptionist was very helpful 👍 and the room was very comfortable 🙂.

Nobody service and the door close, can not check out, very bad situation.

The room look older than the picture, the light in the bathroom not working when you turn on the heater. The receptionist was sleeping when I want to check in etc etc.

The staff was very concern and helpful even though there was water supply disruption whereby we cannot even use the shower and toilet during the stay. Anyway, the water supply issue is not the hotel 's fault.

The room is comfy, big. But the wall paint is crack. The hotel only provide bodywash, no toothpaste & brush teeth. Difficult to check out early as reception only open at 8.30 a. M.

Place surrounded with thug's , can't sleep at night because many thug and drunk people keep yelling and made noisy even in mid night. But, their room clean and comfortable.

I am happy to stay at the Rock & Roll hotel. The room was very comfortable. Staff is ok. There are always waiting staff at the registration counter. So I was not afraid of staying overnight at this hotel. Parking in the hotel area during weekdays is under the City Council of Klang. So have to provide a parking coupon. For me, parking is a problem because I leave before 7am & 5pm. After 5pm I was free to park. Even though the hotel does not provide the place to eat but the many dining options I can go to include Warong Asli Asli Restaurant, Pizza Hut, and the hotel's front door there is a delicious nasi lemak & burger burger.

Friendly hotel staff, comfortable rooms, low prices. I will definitely come to Rock n Roll Hotel again.

Room ok. The bathroom is ok. Good staff is helpful. Outside the room are water Coway so it is easy to drink water. Parking is a bit difficult. Others are satisfied.
