Nice room, friendly staff, delicious food

In general, the hotel is OK. I booked a room for 1 night and didn't think the room was big. For 2 people, I thought it could accommodate a whole family. Everything was OK except that I was on a business trip and needed to declare expenses. Traveloka said the intermediary app wouldn't issue an invoice. When I arrived, I contacted the receptionist and they said I booked through Traveloke so they couldn't issue one. In short, 10 points -1 because I was probably a bit subjective. Hopefully, on future business trips, this hotel will be on the list of hotels my company chooses.

I booked a room and it said it was free for children, but when I arrived they said the children were overage and the extra charge was too much.

The living room wooden floor is blistering and unsightly. Everything else is fine.

Spacious room, large bed, kitchen, dining table and chairs, work, relax. Clean bathroom and toilet. However, the kitchen should have more dishwashing liquid and small pot.

I stayed here for a holiday on September 2nd. One of the hotels we stayed at that had good service (from the reception, food, cleaning staff, room amenities, etc.) I was most surprised by the clean, spacious room, breakfast included, and a washing machine in the room for only about 600-700k per night. There are quite a few cafes around, and there are food stalls just a short walk away. There are also internet cafes, motorbike rental places, etc. nearby. I think foreign guests will like staying here. We will book again every time we have the opportunity to come to Hanoi.

A great experience from the room staff and the food service was very good. The room was clean like home with amenities such as kitchen, dining table, bathroom with full fan, air conditioner, TV, bringing an enjoyable experience.

I don't know how many times I've been here. This time I stayed in a studio room, cozy and beautiful. The food was delicious. The only thing is that there should be tissues in the room. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about!

First time in Hanoi, booked a room here, clean, airy, breakfast included, very convenient. Just be willing to travel 6km to get to the lakes in the center.
