3rd time staying here. Everything is still very good. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. The rooms are quite modern. The breakfast is quite delicious! Next time if I have a chance to visit Hanoi, I will continue to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend!

Plus points: enthusiastic and friendly staff. However, the room soundproofing is not good. The room is listed as having full kitchen equipment but you have to inform them to get it, it is not set up. Breakfast is normal and has few options. Laundry fee is quite high and each room can only wash 2 items (1 pair of socks is also counted as 2 items).

Everything is ok except there is a kitchen but no cooking utensils, no kitchenware. So the kitchen is just for show. There is no mirror in the bedroom so every time I put on makeup I have to drag my stuff into the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient.

I am happy to stay at bloom hotel. But for culinary location is far from. Old district. Prepare extra money to grab a taxi.

Phòng mình thuê không có gì để chê. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi và rất tiện cho khách hàng, mình đã nghỉ ở nhiều khách sạn khác nhau nhưng ở đây là ưng ý nhất. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Nhân viên lễ tân khách sạn có bạn Thu ca sáng và 1 bạn nam ca tối đã hỗ trợ mình rất nhiệt tình. Đây là 1 khách sạn rất tốt đáng để lưu trú.
