The staff is very good and acts like a gentleman. Near UMPSA, around 10 minutes away.

Please fix the room... The toilet door is broken, the toilet bowl is broken. The TV is not usable. The water pipe is broken.. Needs to be fixed. Take a big room, remember it is comfortable... It is not the same as in the picture..

The original condition of the room is okay, even the sheets are all worn out. But I can accept it again. But the toilet is unacceptable. The door can't be locked, the toilet pipe can't be used because it's dirty, the toilet bowl has spots of black fungus..eeee..it's really bad. It shouldn't have been maintained like that at all. Very disappointing

this is a humble hotel, facility is good.. water heater work perfect... but there is no water jug and bottle water ready in the room.. air condition perfect.. but a little noisy from the alley is another guest check in or check across the room..

Room is not bad, room is adequate, match with price.
