Very nice hotel, small but in good location, staff very friendly, good breakfast.

Very friendly service. Clean rooms, it's just a shame that only porridge and fried foods are sold nearby, but fortunately there is an Alfamart and Indomaret next to the hotel.

The AC wasn't cold enough, I wanted to change rooms but it was already night, I was sleepy, and tired.

Second time here, because the first experience was comfortable and the location is quite strategic. Greeted friendly, there is always a welcome drink, the location of the room is okay with a window. Yesterday's problem was the mattress was no longer comfortable, there was a sound and the level of softness had decreased so it felt like it was going to slide down. And the placement of the mattress close to the bathroom door was uncomfortable.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is also very comfortable, access to anywhere is close. One of the recommendations for cheap but good hotels in Batam City.

Overall it was a good stay. Enjoy as we stayed here before but this time hiccups on my last day taking shower only hot water available when called front desk told us there is servicing in progress and it delay my schedule appointment.

The room is a bit small, but the location is really good.. Near Nagoya.. Convenient to go anywhere... The hotel room is nice.. Newly renovated, but I ordered a non-smoking room, the room smells a bit of cigarettes.. Overall okay...
