admin is not friendly, wifi is broken and not immediately fixed with various reasons, toilet flush is broken, if the room is not ready to be rented it should not have been rented. I asked the admin to cancel and was directed to traveloka, then traveloka discussed with the owner. in the end my request was rejected. why was I directed to traveloka if in the end my request was still rejected!! wasting time & credit

The owner was very cooperative. The place was just so-so, and I got the Mawar Tower, which is far from the gate. Don't expect high for that price, but the facilities are good, especially for swimming. They have a large pool.

the first impression when entering is fragrant and quite clean, the room is not big but enough, there are 2 rooms, 1 single bed and 1 queensize, there is a TV and a refrigerator that also works well, there are 2 ACs but only 1 AC can be used and if you want to change to another AC, 1 must be turned off first. Not bad for resting for a few days.

The owner's response was slow, for almost 1 hour I didn't get any clarity on the name of the tower even though I was already in the parking area. The room window couldn't be locked, it was dangerous for small children, so I was forced to move the bed away from the window. But what was surprising was the parking fee....it was really expensive
