They asked for payment in cash to sleep in this property. They are not receiving bookings from the app anymore, they said. If that’s so, they should’ve taken it down from the listing 🙄 we ended up not being able to ask for a refund.

Hmmmm, this hotel really needs a total overhaul. The furniture is in poor condition, including the bed, table, cupboard, chairs, etc. Especially the bathroom, which has a clogged sink, a strange shower faucet, a constant running toilet flush, and a trash can full of dirty water—it's just unpleasant. I'm also doubtful whether the bed linens are clean, etc. I found a pile of clothes in the cupboard that I haven't moved. I took several rooms, fortunately only for a short stay before our 8am morning event left. Yes, it's okay, it's cheap, but I often get clean ones. What matters is cleanliness, not luxury. Please, each room should be maintained, just fix the broken ones one by one, as long as they are maintained.

The location is very strategic. The old hotel is not well maintained. The corners of the floor are not clean. The pillows were not given pillowcases so I used my clean clothes as a base. The staff are friendly.

Even though the intention was only to leave some stuff for a while while shopping for souvenirs while waiting for the night flight, but I couldn't stand it and finally just checked in, checked out again, ran to find a better hotel. The hotel's aura was horrible, dirty, smelly, the sheets & pillowcases were already moldy, there were also bedbugs, the toilet was also my goodness, made me repent from ordering on the app and only trusting the pictures.

If you only stay for a day for business in Central Jakarta, it's still okay to stay here. This hotel is indeed in a very strategic location. For the facilities, you can't complain either because it really matches the price. So it's not a hotel for holidays.
