Dirty, damp, no drinking water, soap, or shampoo, no electric kettle, a creepy, empty building next door, and a creepy hotel atmosphere. It was dark, the water heater wasn't turned on, the sheets had cigarette butts, and the floor was dirty. The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful.

The hotel staff was friendly, but unfortunately, I got a room with a door that was difficult to lock. When I entered the bathroom, there was a broken part and an unpleasant odor came out. Then, when I was about to enter, there was a cockroach in the bathroom coming out of a hole. 🙏 Hopefully, they'll pay more attention in the future.

This hotel is very old. No room.service. I should asked them for change my towel. No cleaning room eventthough I was stay more than 5 days . Many crocks in the room.

Actually the facilities are okay for a budget hotel. The room is quite spacious, the AC works well, the heater is also okay. It's just not well maintained. The bathroom is not clean, toiletries are not provided. There is a horror nuance because there are many spider webs at the entrance to the room. Hopefully it can be improved again.

Some of the room lights were out, the room was not clean, the bathroom needs to be renovated, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste were not available, there was an additional 100 thousand per night for 1 additional person, in other hotels there was no additional money, please pay attention in the future.
