The room is quite good for the price, has air conditioning, clean toilets, the owner is also quite friendly. The television in the room was broken but I stayed there for half a day so it didn't matter much. Review 7/10

Experience the worst service I've ever met. I rent 1 night 2 bed room for 4 guests, stay on April 28 at Anh Xuan Guest House. Before the arrival date, I had to call the landlord in advance, because I had a friend take a bus from Hanoi, so I had to call ahead carefully about the need to check in early, the owner agreed, and told me the next day. Come and wait a bit to check in, I'm ok. I also agree with the landlord who wants to rent 2 motorbikes from the morning, and get a price of 100k / car / day. The day after my friend arrived, the landlord said there was no room, and did not receive his information ?? Question mark!! And my friend had to rent 1 room 1 bed from 9:30 to 12:00 with an exorbitant price of 200k, and was explained by the landlord that it was a holiday, this room he sold 600k / night? And he locked the room and he didn't understand why he was able to book on the app. Yes, I do not understand that I have book before half a month. Wtf ?? If you want to sell at holiday prices, why would you agree with your request for early checkin? And he did not say anything about the early check-in, he will charge more money, feel the tightness of the episode 1. After checking in, we get the car, he said he did not have a car, he had to wait until 12 o'clock. After that we had to take a taxi to the dining area, feeling cheated 2. The night passed quite peacefully, except for the dirty single room, and the double room we put quite a smell, and humid. The next day, going up to the house to get a car for breakfast, I met the landlord again, he told me today that he rented a car, he charged 50k / half a day ?? But the day before I got the car at 12 o'clock, the next day I had the right to use the car until 12 o'clock, then I had 1 day, right ??? Ok but I still agree to pay him another 100k 2 cars. Feeling cheated episode 3 While sitting on a cafe watching Hue dream, 12:35 he called for a motorbike. Wtf? He said he brought the car back to pay 1 hour, because it was half an day until 1:00? Normally, he rented 200k / car for the holiday (he told me the price is 100k / day, why is it not always a double holiday for me to take a taxi for good health). I wonder if he has a math problem? I took the car at 9:30 to 12:35 = 3h05 minutes = half a day (12h). Feeling cheated by episode 4. Bad service attitude + dirty + tight room = you and you will never come back. Where did Hue see, but saw Hue slash guests too Hue. Recommend to you that this guest house seems to have 2 owners, so if alo please ask for the price, please name it :)) but it is best not to come here to do anything. Hue is lacking in homestay dreaming :)))
