The room was extremely old and dirty, with terrible facilities. There wasn't even a first-aid kit; if you had a bleeding injury, you'd have to go to the reception, but they didn't arrive until 10 am! The bathroom water pressure was incredibly weak, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The location was nice, but getting around was very inconvenient because of ongoing road construction everywhere.

The rooms are okay but not soundproof. There's no meal service, but there's a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.

Facing away from the Democracy Monument, the hotel is the far left in the picture. There is parking available for rent behind the hotel, making it very convenient. It's also close to Phanfa Lilat Pier and MRT Sanam Chai station.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location as it is nearby or within walking distance to many tourist places.

The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The hotel is located next to a road, so there will be traffic noise.

The room was nice, the view was great, and it was clean. The staff were lovely. However, the elevator only goes down to the 2nd floor, so you have to walk from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor. This can be difficult for people with large suitcases; it's tiring.

Overall, it was very good. It's close to many tourist attractions. However, the separation of the men's and women's restrooms could be a bit confusing. When I mentioned it to the housekeeper, she said that the foreigners couldn't speak the language and wouldn't understand. I understand that. But overall, it was okay. There might be some traffic noise, but I'm a light sleeper, so I was able to sleep.

Okay, that's good. It's clean and the price is right.

Personally, I really like this place. Convenient, very close to work. But I would like to complain a little about the men's bathroom. I want the bathroom repaired. Men's urinals for convenience of use as it is a shared bathroom.

I stay regularly, close to work, but the 1 disadvantage is that the men's bathroom and urinals can't be used. I'd like them to be fixed. That would be great.

Even though the hotel price is quite cheap, But the service is not sastified, such as: There is no staff when I check in, When I call the hotel number, It doesn't work I have to wait about 15 minutes until the staff arrived. Normally a hotel will give 2 bottles of water per day, but this hotel give 1 bottle of water to me even I booked for 2 days.

The Thai lady's staff spoke badly and took a facial expression when serving breakfast. Unlike the Burmese employees who are very good service Should be improved, should have more service minds
