Extra charge for taking room decor, it turns out the decor is super standard only using fake flower petals that fly when hit by the AC wind which finally had to move rooms because the AC wasn't cold! There was no complimentary whatsoever for that, instead we waited 3 hours until we finally got angry in the lobby asking to move rooms, because we were told to wait for their stuff to service the AC 🤣 such a bad thing I ever had in a hotel with a jacuzzi suite type room which is the highest room, but the service is big no at least I've taken a 400,000 room decor which doesn't match the photo and in the end it wasn't used, they gave me a la carte dinner or at least croffle from the cafe. and the breakfast omg im so sorry so bad, sausage tastes like flour, french fries are not warm, chicken porridge soup has no taste, cereal no brand, papaya fruit is not fresh, no infused water. please the chef needs to be retrained

For those who aren't used to carrying cash, encountering a hotel policy that requires a deposit is a hassle because you have to walk to find an ATM first, luckily it's close. Imagine if it were far away, it would be quite an effort in terms of time and energy. Furthermore, I had to move rooms twice because the TV in front of the jacuzzi in the first room was broken, the sensor was faulty so using the remote was useless. The hotel even denied it, asking why didn't they check the facilities themselves? Was there a problem? Why wait for a guest to complain before checking? Moving to the second room was the same, the TV couldn't connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. I connected to my data plan myself and then it worked. Furthermore, it's a bit funny that an executive room with a jacuzzi doesn't prepare towels for guests. I even called the FO three times and went down to the lobby myself to ask for towels, which took quite a long time. There’s no towels in my room when I checked in, and took like about 15 minutes to the staff to bring the towels, I tried to call almost them four times. The air conditioner wasn’t working well, the room wasn’t feeling cold.
