The room was large (I think I got a free upgrade) and quite comfortable. The location is very good, close to the markets, the nightlife areas, and a walking distance to the bus terminals and the jetty. The lady at the reception desk is kind and knowledgeable. Laundry service was good. Showers only have cold water. Wifi was not working in the rooms upstairs.
