I stayed one night because my flight was the next morning. It 's only 10 min by foot from the airport. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bathroom aswell. There is a nice cafe around the corner and plenty of food possibilities as well as a supermarket. If I ever have another layover in palu I will gladly come again!

I chose this homestay due it's proximity to the airport ... bad mistake! The bathroom was the dirtiest I've ever experienced - slimy goop in every corner - and I doubt it had been properly cleaned in years, if ever. The toilet bowl was black and gurgled every time other guests used theirs.The bed was pitifully uncomfortable with sagging squeaking springs digging into your back ... I ended up sleeping sideways so that I didn't roll into the hollow part. Don't stay here!!!

Clean, the facilities are okay, only the air conditioner is not cold enough, the waiter is friendly.

My wife and children were placed in a cramped room, blankets, dirty and smelly pillows, narrow beds, sounds and very unfit.

There are no toiletries. TV does not turn on. There is no record of AC and TV.

At check-in, cash is requested because the booking has not entered the system even though the payleter has been deducted. not prepared mineral water. Dirty room, no trash. In room no TV very dirty staff very disappointing.

The room is dusty. Probably long time uninhabited and many ants

The parking of vehicles that are open without a fence makes us anxious to be uncomfortable.

The rooms are exactly like the photos: spacious, comfortable and pleasant.

There is no food, you have to order yourself at a distance from the shop. There is no restaurant near no TV.

Unfortunately in the first room the AC didn't work so they gave us an other room which was very kind but there the AC only worked in the beginning and the bed was broken right in the middle. We checked out the same day and booked a different hotel. The good thing was that the staff was very friendly and tried to help us as good as possible.

5min walking from the airport, towel and toiletries mini bag provided. Cheap and basic but comfortable, good choice if you have to stay one night in Palu before you fly away.

First of entering the hotel I had to be patient with the receptionist whose service was not as expected. There was no hospitality, the toilet was very dirty, the bathroom had ants, the TV didn't turn on, the lights were dim. Loud door. As consumers we understand that this is not a hotel. But while the place to stay is also not that simple, moreover it is included in Traveloka's list.

TV no signal, bathroom is not clean.

Cleanliness needs to be improved, TV facilities need to be improved, room and bathroom needs to be renovated.

Only one drawback. TV can't be used.

The inn is about 8 years old. The facilities seem simple. However, the employees are quite spright and helpful.
