The staff were friendly every time we checked in, and the hotel's atmosphere was cool, quiet, and quiet. The bedrooms were clean and the towels smelled great! I'll always want to stay there again when I have time to go to Manado. Hopefully, next month, my family and I can enjoy the atmosphere at the Jles Hotel again.

For me this is a small hotel but very satisfied for everything from the cost of staying including cheap + breakfast too, cleanliness, service and food are all delicious. Next time I will come back to Jle's hotel.

Overall, comfortable, no problems whatsoever. Only a little bathroom needs to be improved, the tap water in the sink of room 611 needs to be replaced because it is not smooth, the others are okay, the room is clean, comfortable, complete amenities, the room size is just right.

Overall, staying here is quite good and comfortable. The hotel staff, starting from the security guard, receptionist and restaurant are kind and friendly. The parking lot is also spacious. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu is not very varied and there are some cold foods that should be served warm. Please fix and improve it.

security elderly man.. very friendly and always quick to help, Receptionist and staff all full smile. Hotel price is affordable but service is not inferior to 5 star hotel. Even friendlier.

Disappointed even though I stay here almost every week, only the lipstick stains are really bad, I only pay a faint amount, London asks for 100 thousand just on the towels! 🙄. Very disappointed, next time look for another hotel.
