The hotel is old and the rooms have a musty smell, but the location is good, close to Warorot Market and the Night Bazaar.

The room was comfortable, but the sleep was okay, but the staff was not so nice, we told them that the water heater was broken and they said they would send a technician, but we waited until we were about to go out and no one came, when we came back, the water was very cold as before, we had to call again, the technician came at 10 pm, this is not so okay. But the cleaning staff was very nice, they cleaned every day. The parking area in front of the hotel is very small. If you find a car parked in the lane, you can not continue parking. You have to park in a parking lot not too far away. They say there is a shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel, but we never took it, we parked and walked back every day during our stay

Mostly good. The air conditioner in room 101 was noisy, and in the morning, the hotel staff talked a bit loudly.

Expected a river view but it was not as expected. Breakfast was limited to just bread and hot menu (only!). A little disappointed and not worth the price of 1400 +/night paid. 🙂.

Actual room condition is much worse than the pictures shown in Traveloka app. It is deceiving. Bathroom was very dirty. Mold everywhere. Wall paint is also dirty. What a shame to label it as"Premier"!

Not to bad hotel to stay. Location it 's only the big plus. Clean room. But breakfast that offered-not cost it. Better book without breakfast for not overpaying.

Terrible parking Have to park far and have a car to pick up, which is waiting for a very long time. The coordinates of having hotels in the same chain confuse customers. Bad summary from the parking lot
