Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, strategic location. The only downsides are unstable Wi-Fi, intermittent TV glitches, and occasional out-of-stock menu items, with not much choice. So far, so good.

The room was full of mosquitoes, the garden lights were off (in high season), Check in time was also late from the receptionist with the excuse of cleaning the room, but the room that was waiting was still dusty, the AC was hot, the garden lights were off. The TV remote sometimes worked and sometimes didn't.

Comfortable and affordable. I wish the hotel had designated smoking areas as I’m a non smoker and there were many smokers making it hard to avoid the smell. Breakfast was ok but hot food was cold and a better variety would be good. Staff were amazing and helpful as always.

Easy and fast check-in and check-out, comfortable rooms, fragrant sheets and blankets, clean. The towels were clean and not dull. Unfortunately I got on the floors which had to go up the stairs and there was no elevator yet

booked one of the nicest and most expensive hotels in Pangkalan Bun after a 3 day klotok tour of tanjung puting. all I wanted was a comfy bed and a hot shower. bed is good but shower ran out of hot water in about 1 minute. when asking the staff to fix, the offer was to move to a twin room at the same rate or move to an upgraded room (that looked the exact same) and pay an extra 90k IDR. when they couldn't fix the water, I asked for a refund to change hotels and they would not work with me at all because I booked through this app. terrible customer service, the maintenance guys were laughing while in our room working on the shower like it was funny that we were upset and miserable. we stayed because we had no choice and couldn't afford to lose the money and pay for a new place and even excused the hot water shortage as a checkout time issue but when we tried showering again the next morning at 5am, there was still no hot water! and they had previously set the mood by checking us in late after waiting in the lobby for 3 hours very patiently since we arrived early, and when the official check in time came around they told us it would be another 20 mins because our room was still in cleaning process. we later found out they let the people before us stay late and they didn't check out til 1pm. but there were at least 3 empty rooms on the floor we stayed on as well as in other parts of the hotel, the just refused to make amendments to fix their mistakes. waste of money. not worth the price.

The hotel is very suitable for smokers, on the 1st floor loby, 2nd floor loby, all smoking free. Even in the restaurant the room is free to smoke. There is no room for free smoking. If I bring a small child I don't think I will stay at this hotel.
