Generally very good. The staff were very kind and the service is OK.

Friendly staff. just no instant coffee or any teabags given to us like most hotel do.

The room is comfortable and clean. The lighting is not even. Some areas are poorly lighted. No elevator. The stairs are quite steep for elderly persons.

Value for money and near to the dobby

Room was clean. Big enough than other budget hotel. Not as bad as the review. It is a good hotel and provide a very good deal. Surely repeat.

Awesome the room big, clean and tidy

Booking for 4 adults, on the way to the hotel was informed by the room staff for only 3 adults and was replaced with 1 extra bed on my own while paying for 4 adults.
