Strategic hotel, clean, nice rooms, the building looks new but a bit disappointed the facilities are very lacking. Only the room building is all without a restaurant, elevator, pool, garden, gym is still acceptable. But in the room there is no Wi-Fi, no electric kettle, no tea & coffee, no tissue, no slippers, only mineral water, a small bar of soap & toothbrush. Superior room on the 3rd floor up the stairs. First time to Jombang, got a hotel for 300+ but the facilities are very lacking. Entering the lobby was a bit shocked, this is the first time to a hotel there is only one receptionist who doesn't smile at all. Other hotels in other cities in the same price class but the facilities are still okay, at least there is Wi-Fi, tea & coffee, tissue.

A 4-story hotel without an elevator, making it difficult for the elderly/disabled (highly not recommended for those bringing elderly and disabled people). Check-in was at 2:30 PM, and the room was still not ready even though we waited until 3:00 PM. Check-in was at 10:00 PM with an upgrade to a lower floor for an additional charge, and the room conditions were also not as expected (especially with the pictures in the advertisement being very different). The AC remote didn't work, there was no kettle, and shampoo, tissues, coffee, sugar, and tea were also not available. For the price of 496,000 Rupiah, you should have received a minimum standard of service.

Upon check-in, we asked if there were any ground floor rooms available as my wife was pregnant, but the receptionist immediately told us no even though it didn't seem crowded. The check-in time was very long, almost 30 minutes, and they didn't reconfirm that we were on the 4th floor (the top floor), there's no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, the electricity in the room immediately went out when I plugged in the charger with a 65 watt output capacity, the wifi password wasn't immediately informed by the staff either, with the price of 420 thousand we paid for facilities and services like this, I think it's not worth it. There are still many other accommodation options for a stopover, the only plus point of this hotel is its close access to the main road and the city center.

There were no tissues (only 3 sheets provided), the rest were in Styrofoam in the tissue box. The sheets didn't fit, and they didn't cover the entire mattress. There were no slippers, a water heater, or tea and coffee at the Emerald Hotel's price of 450,000 Rupiah. The service was so bad, so bad. Just close the hotel; it's pointless to renovate if the service isn't improved either. It's really bad.

We checked in 4 rooms, 2 of the AC rooms were not cold, the water was low in one of the rooms, the room was on the 4th floor using stairs, but there was no telephone in the room to contact the FO so we had to try to go down ourselves while on the 4th floor, just going back and forth was already breathless, the FO officers were not very friendly

The hotel is quite expensive, the service is unprofessional, the towels are very small, the shower water is small, the office staff did not provide any explanation about the Wi-Fi, the power point could not be used, while the rooms on the upper floors had to go up and down several times because to ask the staff. I do not recommend this hotel, very disappointing.

The hot water doesn't turn on after sunset, in the morning when I take a shower it doesn't turn on, it only turns on at 8am and even then it's small.
