Unpleasant experience. I stayed at their most expensive room type, Royal Suite, definitely not worth the money. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, the room is not soundproof at all, and the balcony is very dirty. The way staff handle complaints is very bad; they really need to improve their service and hospitality.

Clean rooms, running water, hot and cold. Four pillows per room. Full breakfast.

The hotel staff and service are quite friendly, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are also good and the location is strategic, especially for those from outside the city who are staying for eye treatment at NEC.

Now staying at Daffam again. Awesome.

Very comfortable and quiet sleeping in the hotel.

I booked 3 rooms plus breakfast. I had room 810 (smoking room). The hot water in the shower wasn't hot. Breakfast included Nutella chocolate spread, but it was too sweet (was it the original?). Overall, this hotel is pretty decent.

For sure will come back here next week.

Value for money, lots of cheap food promotions, free-flow drinking water, good Wi-Fi, a good refrigerator, a good TV, the room is quite soundproof, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Just need to add table/corner lamps to the room for more brightness. And replace the white lights in the bathroom.
