When I arrived, no one greeted me. They said there were no rooms available, but there was a basis for confirming the booking through the app. They also forced me to cancel the booking on the app.

Pretty good. Some staff are very friendly, some are average.

The waitresses are clean, towels are always freshly washed. Attentive and enthusiastic. Every time I visit Saigon for work, I always book here.

The room is also airy and spacious, but I am not satisfied with the staff's attitude. I will not come back because there are many good rooms in this price range with better staff quality.

I booked a room through the app but when I checked in I didn't receive the room. The hotel refunded the money but it took a long time to get there and find a new room.

The room was quite old and stuffy, at least there should be a window for ventilation but the room was small and closed. The bathroom was quite old and dirty, the air conditioner was noisy like a tractor and the bed had springs sticking out, I slept there for 2 nights and my whole body was bruised. The only plus point was that the staff were cute and friendly.

The first time I stayed here, I felt like the hotel was old on the outside, but inside the room was spacious and clean with full amenities such as TV, fan, water heater, elevator. Especially, I liked the staff here, who were friendly and cheerful. It seems like I need help enthusiastically like a family member at a hotel 100 meters from the market hospital. I will come back again
