Hopefully, this experience will improve our customer service in the future. I chose this place because of the good reviews on Traveloka, but after staying for one night, I don't recommend it. The staff were unfriendly and didn't even greet me upon arrival, the mattress was thin enough to feel the springs, and the bathroom ceiling leaked, causing water to drip while using the toilet. I don't know what it was. The place was actually quite clean and had Wi-Fi, but the unfriendly staff made me reluctant to ask for Wi-Fi information and left quickly.

Need a lot of improvement for the service. The water is off, really an unpleasant experience.

It's really cool, it was really memorable staying there. There's a refrigerator and it's really comfortable.
