VIP rooms were ok, suitable for family. clean enough. The location is just ok, we have to walk little bit further to reach the beach. I didn't like to the way from hotel to the beach because the road is still from ground, dusty when sunny and many horse dung.

it was great pleasure to staying in this resort, the staff was really helpful and nice. the room was awesome, also we got free bike rent. the location also not far from the main road. everything was awesome with the service, food, and the cleanliness. I'm so satisfied to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is good, service is okay, the place is neat and clean.

Highly recommended, although the place is a bit far from the pier, but Gili Ine Resort facilitates hotel guests by bicycle. So little bit no need to rent. Hha. Almost perfect no disappointment, the food was delicious and first came to welcome welcome drink. The staff is friendly and sprightly. Only 1 possible suggestion, for in room is given exhouse, so guests can smoke in room. The pool is steady. Recommended, If from 1-10 I love the value 9 for gili one resort.

The service is steady, but the pool is being repaired / dirty, the shower water is not tight, the food needs to be improved.

The staff is very friendly and helpful Incidentally the VIP room is quite clean and the jacuzzi pool is functioning well there is only gecko noise that is noisy and quite disturbing

The hotel was great, services also good. If you want to stay by 4 person in a room/villa, this hotel is the best choice on the entire island with their price (believe me I search all the hotel available on internet) But you have to bring mosquitoes repellent or cream. I got bitten by strange bug and my skin feels so itchy.

The resort is clean, comfortable and spacious. Like private resorts, billiard facilities, volleyball, badminton exist. Only access there quite far from the port about 1.5 km. Overall I love the value 9.

Overall ok, as a new hotel. The bathroom is nice because it's semi outdoor. Its location is also close to the center of the crowd. The staff is responsive and fully responded. just sempet incident enter the small snake in the bathroom, but can be directly addressed staff.

One of the best places for a family to stay, especially when you choose the VIP. It has own Jacuzzi, smart TV with a good internet speed. And a really friendly staff...one thing is less, we have to rent the bike.

The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, just love a lot of ants if there is food in the room, but recommended.
